Store/ Shipping Policy

Shipping policy:

 

Beautiful Creations by Eve LLC processing window is currently 3-5 business days. You will receive an order confirmation and then a shipping confirmation when your order has been scanned at the post office. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery after the package has shipped.

 

Return/ Exchange Policy:

All sales are final. We only do exchanges for products that were damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped to you.

Please inspect your order. If your product is damaged, please contact [email protected] within 72 hours of delivery. In your email, please include the following: order number, picture of the damage item, and description of the damage. After we have evaluated the issue and it is deemed as damage a replacement will be sent to you.

 

Lost or damaged package:

Beautiful creations by Eve is not responsible for lost/stolen packages. I cannot refund for lost or stolen. We ensure that all orders are shipped to the address that is provided on the order. Once the order is marked delivered by the carrier it is considered delivered. Please double check your address before processing your order. There is a possibility that packages with the wrong address will be returned to sender from the carrier. We check retuned packages once a month. We do offer reshipping on return packages. If a package is returned to sender, we will issue you a refund.

 

Handmade Items:

Most of the items are handmade. This means that products many be slightly different in color. All our products are weight to match the labels. We will never under fill an item. Please also review the ingredients to make sure that you are not allergy to anything in the products.
